1. How is Glimpse™ Skin Care different from other skin care products?
 
Biofermentation is a unique scientific process that amplifies desired qualities found

XanGo selects ingredients from natural sources as much as possible. In addition, XanGo takes extra steps to make sure each ingredient is clean of hidden additives, chemicals or toxins. Upon manufacturing the Glimpse brand, XanGo uses a special blending technology called cold processing, reducing carbon emissions which could negatively impact the environment. Additionally, cold processing enhances the efficacy of the product by supporting the nutrient integrity of the performance ingredients within the formulations.

Many cosmetic products are blended at near-boiling temperatures for various
reasons. This process often compromises the potency of vitamins and natural enzymatic activity of botanical phytonutrients. XanGo utilizes cold processing
where the blending of active ingredients takes place at a lower temperature to
ensure nutrient integrity of performance ingredients. This special processing
method is more “green” or environmentally friendly than traditional blending
processes as it requires less energy and emits less carbon footprints to the environment.

12. I heard some of the commonly used ingredients in skin care are harsh on skin. Does Glimpse Skin Care contain any harsh chemicals?

13. Does Glimpse skin care use a synthetic fragrance?
 
Glimpse does not contain any synthetic fragrances. The aroma comes from the blend of BioActive X3 Complex and other botanical ingredients. Each ingredient is selected carefully for the specific purpose of nutritional benefit and supplementation to the largest organ of the body, the skin, but at the same time produces a subtle, natural aroma that dissipates quickly. According to the EWG, an analysis of the chemical contents of products reveals that innocuous-looking “fragrance” often contains chemicals linked to negative health effects. Phthalates, used to make fragrances last longer, are associated with damage to the male reproductive system and artificial musks accumulate in our bodies and can be found in breast milk. Some artificial musks are even linked to cancer. And if you’ve got asthma, watch out—fragrance formulas are considered to be among the top 5 known allergens, and can trigger asthma attacks. The same kinds of chemicals are often used for fragrance in
cleaning products, scented candles and air fresheners.

17. Which product should I use?
 
XanGo recommends using a full, 4-step system for optimal results. The system represents significant savings compared to purchasing individual products. Use System I for normal to dry skin if you have dry or mature skin. System II for normal to combination skin is designed for people with overactive skin. In addition, many people like to use a combination of both System I and System II (ex. Use System  at night to keep the skin well hydrated during the night time, and System II for daytime to keep the skin refreshed throughout the day).
